Rulemix (“we”, “us”, or the “operator”) values the privacy of 일정ON users and their schedule data. 일정ON is designed as a local-first app that does not require a Rulemix account or proprietary cloud server.
1. Core data practices
- Schedules, tasks, projects, recurrence rules, completion history, and settings are stored locally on your device by default.
- The current version does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, user tracking, or a proprietary login account.
- Briefings and risk indicators are calculated from current local data and are not accumulated on a Rulemix server.
2. Permissions
- Photos and camera: to recognize text in confirmations, bills, posters, and similar documents.
- Microphone and speech recognition: to turn speech into text and a reviewable schedule candidate.
- Notifications: to deliver local reminders at times you choose.
Permissions are requested when you first use the relevant feature. Denying a permission does not prevent you from using other input methods and core schedule management.
3. Photo OCR
Text recognition uses operating-system features such as Apple Vision. 일정ON does not upload selected photos to a Rulemix-operated server. Original images may be deleted locally according to the retention period or schedule state you choose, while confirmed structured schedule information may remain.
4. Speech recognition
Speech recognition uses Apple-provided functionality. Depending on the device, language, and operating-system state, recognition may occur on-device or may be sent to an Apple service for processing. Rulemix does not store the original audio on its own servers. Apple’s privacy terms apply to Apple’s processing.
5. In-App Purchases
The one-time full feature unlock and purchase restoration are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Rulemix does not directly collect or store payment-card information. The app uses transaction status to determine entitlement, and purchase entitlement is not copied into schedule backup files.
6. Backup and export
When you create a backup or CSV export, the file is saved to a location you choose. It is not automatically uploaded to a Rulemix server. You are responsible for securing and sharing exported files.
7. Retention and deletion
- Schedules and projects may remain on the device until you delete them.
- Deleted important data can generally be restored from Trash for 30 days, or permanently deleted immediately.
- Original photos, temporary OCR files, and technical logs may use shorter retention periods according to app settings.
- Deleting the app may remove local app data. User-created backups and App Store purchase history are separate.
8. Support communications
If you contact support by email, you voluntarily provide your email address, message, and any attachments. We use this information to respond to your request and retain it only for a reasonable period unless law or dispute handling requires longer retention.
9. Children
일정ON is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not require account registration. Guardians can manage device permissions and app use.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when features, laws, or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or Rulemix website.
