Your schedules and data are stored on your device. Check the guidance below, then contact us if the issue remains.

Include the app version, iOS version, time of the issue, and reproduction steps. Remove or mask sensitive schedules, documents, addresses, and reservation numbers.
Data deletion and privacy choices
Delete schedules and projects and empty Trash inside the app. Photo retention and temporary-data cleanup are also available in Settings. No separate account-deletion request is required because the app has no Rulemix account.

I did not receive a notification.
Check notification permission and Focus settings in iOS. In the schedule detail, confirm the reminder shows as scheduled and that its time has not moved into the past.
The photo OCR result is inaccurate.
Reduce glare and skew and capture the full document. 일정ON shows both the OCR text and structured candidate, and you can edit the title, date, time, and location before saving.
Voice input is not working.
Check microphone and speech-recognition permissions and the input-language setting. Some recognition environments may also require a network connection.
I purchased the unlock, but limits remain.
Use “Restore Purchases” from the Full Features screen in Settings. Confirm you are using the same Apple ID and try again later if the App Store connection is temporarily unavailable. Your schedule data is not deleted because purchase verification fails.
Where is my backup saved?
When you create a backup, you choose the destination through the iOS share or file picker. It is not automatically uploaded to a Rulemix server.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app may remove local data. Create a backup first if you need the information. App Store purchase history can be checked again through Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID.
Why does an item remain after its reminder time?
A notification does not prove that the task was completed, so the app does not auto-complete it. After the time passes, the item becomes “Needs attention” and offers Complete, Remind Again, or Cancel.
